Warranty
Limited lifetime warranty. Eurotech covers components for the life of the product, with foam and upholstery covered for 5 years. Coverage applies to the original purchaser under normal use, based on a 40-hour workweek and a 275 lb weight limit unless otherwise stated. Transportation and labor are not covered.
Eurotech warranty coverage
For the Ergohuman chairs sold on this store, Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered component covered by its warranty.
Conditions and exclusions
- Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
- The warranty is limited to normal use and the manufacturer’s stated use and weight limits.
- Aftermarket hardware installed on the product and customer’s own material are not warranted by Eurotech.
- Eurotech’s warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover transportation or labor costs.
- Eurotech does not accept liability for consequential or incidental damage arising from a product defect.
